Your Morning Sift

Welcome to Saturday, readers. Let's check out what was posted last night and this morning. Enjoy your morning Sift.

A- Bark Bark Woof Woof reminds us that it's Groundhog Day.

B- Redland Rambles finds a surprise in their CSA share.
As I lifted up the bunch of yukina savoy, something flew out of the leaves and landed back in the box. I spotted a small green frog, looking very bewildered. My camera was handy, so I grabbed a few shots while the little guy wasn’t doing much. It seemed dazed by bright kitchen lights, and after this picture, stuck its head under some broccoli, trying to get out of the light.
C- Shorter Gun Free Zone...
Here's another great example of how someone who was properly checked out and licensed was able to fend off an attack with a non-banned gun.
D- The Chowfather shares his latest dining experience at neMesis Urban Bistro...and, yes, he knows the chef by her first name.
Why am I such a big Micah fan? It's because Micah consistently puts out creative and amazing combinations of foods and flavors. She has a real delicate hand which results in perfectly balanced flavors. And she's obviously not afraid to take chances and those chances almost always taste great.
E- Never forget, at Eye on Miami.
