Ted Nugent Goes To The State Of The Union

NRA Board Member Ted Nugent has been invited to attend tonight's State of the Union by Texas Congressman Steve Stockman primarily because Nugent has called the President  a "piece of shit," Hillary Clinton a "worthless bitch," and Senator Feinstein a "worthless whore" [video]. The bigger the asshat, the better the Republican, I say. And boy, Republicans sure are proud of their asshats, aren't they?

Nugent has made it his mission to say offensive and outrageous things directed at large swaths of his fellow Americans over the years, but no matter, we have free speech in America and Ted, like any American, is entitled to his 1st Amendment rights.

Inviting a controversial figure to sit in the House gallery during the SOTU address is not without precedent, as Democrats may remember, although I really don't remember Cindy threatening to kill anyone. At least not in public.

Let's just hope that Nugent is stupid enough to wear a tee shirt.
