So I decided to slide by the Burgies on Saturday night to see if I could catch a glimpse of South Florida gastronomic icon, Burger Beast.

The staging for the event was nice...

The first logical place to look was his tee shirt booth...

No Beast.

Nearby, Blue Collar's Danny Serfer yucked it up with his help...

Wait a minute. There he was...Burger Beast!

Nope. Just one of his posse. But watching him made me hungry so...

Tostones! So good because they're so bad for you...
