Sometimes words are all that's needed for a great post. It's rare, but it happens. Here we go with this week's Post of the Week selections.
Runners-Up: Whenever a food enthusiast makes me want to run out and visit the restaurant they've just written about, by God, they've done their job. Fatgirl Hedonist had that effect on me this week with her fine post about her experience at Brickell's OTC. I thought Tropicult did an excellent job telling us about Amy Rosenberg and her Overtown Music Project with lots of images and video, too. Speaking of images, Food for Thought made good use of his complimentary camera and coupled it with some dazzling verbiage in his write up of the recent "Odd Couple" dinner at Blue Collar.
Winner: I haven't read a whole lot lately from A Mom, a Blog, and the Life In-Between. One of SFDB's longest running blogs on the blogroll has been busy with life. Last week she shared the very moving and emotional story of ushering some new life of the very premature variety into this world. The emotions are raw and uninhibited which makes for some intense reading, but the reader is rewarded nicely at the end. It's a great post for Mom and everyone who cares to take it all in...and this week Motherhood, Part Two: The Beginning is the SFDB Post of the Week.
'Til next time, keep on blogging!
