February 23: Day Of Resistance

The Tea Party has declared next Saturday, February 23rd, a "Day of Resistance." The image above depicts a scene from downtown Beirut is the event's logo and reflects the happening's 2nd Amendment emphasis.
Conservatives and Tea Partiers plan to reignite the flame of 2010 next Saturday at rallies in cities and towns across America. The event is titled the "Day of Resistance," and head organizer Dustin Stockton told Breitbart News that February 23 was picked as the date for several reasons.

“The first is one which I’ve been getting ruthlessly abused for and that is because the AR-15 caliber is .223,” Stockton said in a phone interview. “It’s also the day that we raised the flag in Iwo Jima and it’s also a Saturday, so people who work regular hours can also attend.”
I'm surprised they didn't schedule it for the 57th day of March because .357 and all, but, okay...where is the Miami version going to be held?

From the Day of Resistance, Miami, Florida Facebook page...
We have a location for our Miami Day of Resistance Rally! Join us at 12p on Feb. 23 at the intersection of Bird Rd and SW 87th Ave!
The event's main page gets more specific...
Miami Day of Resistance Rally
Location: Intersection of Bird Rd. and SW 87th Ave (under the Pollo Tropical sign)
Time: 12p
Which looks like this...

So gather your firearms and head down to Pollo Tropical at Bird and 87th next Saturday. Because when you're serious about gun control, there's no better place to get real and let the world know you're not going to take it any more than a corner outside a Cuban fast food joint surrounded by folks like this.....
