Good evening, readers. I start my weekend tonight so the next couple days will follow an appropriately laid back posting schedule. Don't get alarmed if you wake up on Thursday and Friday and the Sift and Cooler aren't there yet. Here's your evening Sift. Enjoy.

B- Burger Beast gives Food Junkies food truck two thumbs up despite a long wait.
Everything off this truck was worth the wait, the staff were so appreciative of our patience. It made it all the more enjoyable of an experience.C- Your South Florida Moment of the Day at SeanWasHere.
If you can find this truck behind it’s epic line of food fans, do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I’ve given my notice at work. Given notice to my landlord. I’m diligently studying Spanish now, something I probably should have done when I first moved to Miami. It’s f*cking [Ed.] sad when a sh*tty [Ed.], chainy place like Flannigan’s is one of the few places in Miami that consistently delivers in that regard.H- Miami Beach 411's Matt Meltzer gives families some tips on where to live in South Florida in a video.

As of this post, I've paid two visits to Florida Cookery and both meals were great. At the Cookery, Kris continues to use fresh, locally sourced fruits, vegetables and seafood. By now, I'm sure most Red Light fans have already stopped by to get their fix of his legendary BBQ shrimp. Yes! They are on the menu as are his ribs and his burger which has always been one of the best in town.L- The images from Eye on Miami's day are almost as entertaining as the comments.
