He's taking a step away from the Asian fusion stuff and bringing Biscayne Tavern to a new, upcoming hotel at Biscayne Boulevard called b2 miami downtown.

E- It's here! The El Portal Homes Real Estate Market Report for 2012 is up at Miamism.

There were 30 El Portal homes sold in 2012. One third of El Portal homes sold in 2012 were distressed sales (short sales and foreclosures) –compared to 52% in 2011, and 72% in 2010. Although the El Portal housing market is not recuperating as quickly as neighboring areas, you can see the improvement from previous years.

Nick has also started a White House petition calling for President Obama to lift the Cuban embargo. While it will ultimately take an Act of Congress to lift the embargo, there is much that the President can do to move the needle in that direction. We highly encourage our readers to sign Nick’s petition and congratulate him for having the cojones to step up and call for an end to this insane policy.
