There were 30 El Portal homes sold in 2012. One third of El Portal homes sold in 2012 were distressed sales (short sales and foreclosures) –compared to 52% in 2011, and 72% in 2010. Nick has also started a White House petition calling for President Obama to lift the Cuban embargo. While it will ultimately take an Act of Congress to lift the embargo, there is much that the President can do to move the needle in that direction. We highly encourage our readers to sign Nick’s petition and congratulate him for having the cojones to step up and call for an end to this insane policy.
