UPS Continues To Underperform

Since I last wrote about UPS, a Homestead employee was reportedly arrested for stealing an iPad and eating a tin of cookies that she was supposed to deliver. Really.

In addition, here's the routing for a recent shipment that I ordered through Amazon that was delivered by UPS...

Yep. Three weeks to deliver a shoebox size package.  Notice the routing and how it made it to Orlando before being sent to California and then back across the country.

The U.S. Postal Service is looking better and better.
