Your Evening Sift

It was surprisingly easy navigating the local roads today here in South Broward as long as you stayed out of mall parking lots. Also, the local blogosphere seems to be getting back to whatever normal is between Xmas and New Years. Enjoy your evening Sift.

All the lawyer has to do is parrot the language of each subsection in a question and the court will reflexively grant the request. The words are important. They have legal meaning.
