How's that for freedom and liberty?
-To order local school boards that they are not allowed to ask a teacher or school personnel if they have Concealed Weapons Permit during class or such Concealed Weapons Permit cannot be used to terminate employment or serve as base for refusal to hire a teacher or any other school personnel.
- Non compliance with the above will result in a $10,000 penalty to the individual who terminates or refuses employment. Payment of the fine will not come out of any local, state or federal taxpayer-funded source.

Yeah well teachers have 3 mos. off every year on the taxpayer dime so that is plenty of time to train. Great idea. Who pays for it?
Very few people (if any) who actually been in close range firefights think this is a good idea. It's only the range Rambos like Miguel, where paper targets don't move or fire back.

No, no they don't. They get paid XX amount dollars per year. The option they have is to divide that salary by either 10 months or 12 months.
And lets not bring up their out of pocket expenses because schools don't have the budget for paper, pencils, erasers, etc...

Sorry but I will not agree to those terms, because in my opinion, you enforce your policy arbitrarily and capriciously, and nobody polices you as an active participant who, in my opinion, regularly violates those same rules.
Vulgarity, obscenity, or over-the-top personal attacks are fair grounds for deletion, but not simply because you don't like what I am saying or find that it "incites" comments form others.
So your choices are: a) open your blog up to differing points of view and don't handcuff conservatives from responding when they are attacked or b) have the courtesy not to lift my comments on other blogs (as if I am really that interesting anyway?).
You drive a hard bargain, Jewish Marksman. I mean, it's not everyone who derides me and my readers and habitually misrepresents facts and distorts the truth and refuses to back up his statements. I guess I'm supposed to value and cater to those kind of commenters so they'll just keep coming back again and again.
But I'm going to have to pass on your generous and selfless offer and jeopardize a rich and rewarding relationship, I suppose. *Sad face*
