What It Takes To Run A Food Truck

Here's an excellent short documentary (26 minutes long) about the behind the scenes day-to-day operation of a Reno-based food truck named GourMelt Grilled Cheese Truck. Sounds like it could be that city's equivalent of South Florida's Ms. Cheezious.

It's not an easy business and I'm certain this film will be eye opening for customers of these mobile restaurants.
