I have a friend who has the "HELLO my name is..." stickers that he keeps in his car and sticks on the driver's side window of the violators. He fills it in with "Parking Impaired" or "Spatially Stupid" in red Sharpie. After a couple of hours in the sun, those things are really hard to get off tempered glass.
