Wow, impressive. Speaking as a former window and door salesman, though, with all that glass, I hope that it is A) insulated Low-E glass, and B) that it faces north. Otherwise, all you need to do is add ceiling fans to make the world's largest convection oven.
Other than that, it is a beautiful location and I would love to visit there. In summer.

I thought the same thing about the glass although I was considering how much cold it would let in during the winter months.
Either way, it's a challenge.
