And we are about to decide whether or not the election of a black man was just a one-time thing; a revulsion against an incompetent and misguided administration, or an actual course correction in America’s journey.B- The Reid Report says it's all about Old America and New America.
We’ll know in forty-eight hours, but as for me, ever the optimistic cynic, I am cautiously hopeful.
One America — call it “Old America” — is overwhelmingly white, mostly older and male, but also full of married, suburban women. If you are selling, you fit into 2 categories, the realist that will look at closed comparables and will price your home accordingly, and the dreamer who thinks your house is superior than the rest and will grossly over price.
