Turkeys everywhere are sweating it tonight, readers. Enjoy your evening Sift.
A- On Two Shores catches Babalu posting stupid stuff...again.
B- Hello, I'm Scott shares a nice collection taken during a Sunday on Lincoln Road.
C- Jeff Eats "really enjoyed" Ovenella in Boca Raton.
You can check menu/prices/photos at www.ovenella.com. Just so we are straight, Ovenella isn’t a “red sauce” stuff your face– “$14.95″ soup or salad/entree/pasta side/garlic knots’ joint…that said, Jeff Eats found it to be really-cool, modern decor, really easy going, great vibe and not taking itself too seriously.D- A bunch of photos from Tobacco Road's 100th anniversary celebration are up at Soul of Miami.
E- South Florida Lawyers makes me laugh.
F- Arterpillar cruises the South Florida blogosphere and collects some art-oriented posts for her Betweeners feature.
G- Figure out where you want to get your Thanksgiving Day meal with Eater Miami's map.
If you're a transplant staying in Miami for Thanksgiving this week (who can blame you with this weather), just don't feel like cooking, or maybe you need a last minute solution since Aunt Sharon cancelled her annual feast, here are some restaurants to the rescue.H- Go Hydrology! shows us another sure sign that Fall has fallen in the swamp.
I- Public art in Bal Harbour and Curbed Miami has it.
J- Florida Keys Girl locates a good pizza place in Key West.
The pizzas were very, very good. Crust was crispy, bu not burnt, as is so often the icky trend these days. The Quatro Frommaggio, which is often FKGuy’s least favorite pizza made him a believer. It was creamy, but did not make the crust soggy. Even at the end of the meal as we were debating if we needed to eat the last piece, the crust remained crispy. Obviously we ate it, but it was for research purposes, to evaluate the crust.
