On the drive home tonight, WIOD was reporting that Drudge was saying that exit polls in some states were looking good for Obama. I don't read Drudge and a quick check over there doesn't reveal anything like WIOD described so I'm not putting much, if any, weight in that report.
Buckle in. Here we go. I'm going to be around until at least midnight. Hopefully, I'll have some company.
7:48 CNN is projecting Romney takes South Carolina. Other counts in Eastern states (OH, VA, WV) are also rolling in.
7:54 Fox is giving West Virginia to Romney. So far no surprises.
Okay, just decided I'm not going to keep up with all of this. It's happening way too fast. So I'm just going to comment when I see something of note.
8:00 Wow. 41% of Florida reporting, Obama is up, 51% to 48%, according to CNN.
8:02 ABC News gives Bill Nelson the nod in Florida.

8:12 Obama and Romney trading places as votes are counted.
8:30 Only 20% reporting in Ohio but Obama is getting slammed 59-40. I'm thinking that's the rural area votes.
9:08 Took a break for dinner....Obama back up in Ohio, 75% of vote in Florida counted and, man, it's dead even.
9:12 CNN: Mitt Romney will win Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Wyoming; President Obama to take Michigan, New Jersey and New York, CNN projects.
9:17 78% of the vote counted in FL and 300 votes separate Obama and Romney.
9:21 David Rivera looks like he's cooked. Patrick Murphy is leading West by a couple % points but only 20% of the vote is in.
9:33 It is nail-biting time, folks....OH is looking good and PA is just starting but the counts are also solid Obama.
9:39 Ohio is holding solid for Obama. Patrick Murphy still hanging tough against West but a lot of votes to count.

Republicans did their damndest to destroy this presidents...What the republicans did was simply entrench Barack Hussein Obama into US lore and secured his legacy.
