He worked with a Democrat-dominated legislature as governor of Massachusetts to close a $3 billion budget deficit — without borrowing and raising taxes.

We believe the best chance to get America back working again is to elect Mitt Romney. That’s why we endorse him for president.
It's not surprising that the Tribune Company's Sam Zell decided to go this route in an important swing state like Florida. Him and Romney are cut from the same swath of cloth when it comes to taking over and destroying companies for their own personal profit. Just look at what he's done to the Tribune Company. And they have the same disdain for the poor in this country.

As you might imagine, comments are piling up quickly at the Sun-Sentinel but this one summarized things pretty well.
The parent company of the Sun-Sentinel is Tribune Company, which recently emerged from bankruptcy with its debt controlled by one large bank and two hedge funds. Romney also managed a hedge fund. Birds of a feather flock together. As a vulture capitalist Romney is no different than the raiders who drove Tribune Company into a ditch. Perhaps the SS is looking for a tax break. This endorsement has nothing to do with what's good for the country and everything to do with corporate greed. Shame on Sun-Sentinel and their sister company Orlando Sentinel who also endorsed Romney.

Absolutely shameless, and totally mindless. There is so much blatantly obvious "evidence" that Romney/Ryan would simply be Gee Wiz Boosh on steroids and wreck the economy for the 99%, that the NOT-a-Sentinel has become an extreme embarrassment to Lauderdale and Broward...

That is an embarrassing weak "endorsement," a string of mindless talking points that don't even make superficial sense. By that standard they should have endorsed Ross Perot!
I'm so done with that paper, online is a joke, has been for months if not years.
Their online "polls" are written just so stupidly, the choices are always ridiculous!
I only buy it for coupons and Showtime (which does NOT show nearly as much stuff going on as your weekend widget :) )
I cancelled my subscription a few years back ; it is a worthless paper that masks as an objective news source. This endorsement of Thurston Romney III just confirms that it has always been a GOP shill, starting with Jeb and going on down the line. When R-money throws this county into a second depression, maybe they will once again think twice about pushing these empty suits onto an uninformed public. Shame on them.
Romney didn't raise taxes? The editors know he raised fees on the middle class and poor. This level of dishonesty in an editorial shows contempt for the subscribers.
