South Florida Food and Wine: What is a typical day like for you as the owner of The Federal, Acme Bakery & Coffee and the occasional recurrence of Phuc Yea!
Aniece Meinhold: Monday is my usual day off. I normally wake up at about 11, take my dogs to the park for a couple of hours and try to spend time with my fam or Cesar’s fam depending who answers the phone first.
