A- The BrickellHouse groundbreaking ceremony was held today and Miami Condo Investments was there.
BrickellHouse will be a 46-story, luxury condo development located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, across the street from Jade at Brickell Bay. The amenities will include a rooftop pool on the 46th floor, a luxury health spa and fitness center and a fully-automated robotic parking garage. Prior to breaking ground, BrickellHouse already had over 95 percent of the 374 total units pre-sold.B- Discourse thinks that the latest attempt to slam Willard Romney isn't going to resonate with most voters.
C- Justice Building Blog opines on the latest kerfuffle in Miami-Dade County government.
Bailiffs (and bondsmen and corrections officers) steering cases to defense attorneys is the second oldest profession in Dade County (Ok, third behind selling tickets to the cockfights). There are two attorneys named in the arrest warrant as being the recipient of the cases that the bailiff was hustling. We refrain from mentioning their names at this time, because they have not been charged to our knowledge. However, until the Dade SAO gets of their ass and takes down the attorneys kicking back fees to bailiffs, bondsmen and corrections officers, this kind of crap - which takes money away from all the honest lawyers in Dade County (insert your punchline here) - will never go away.D- Soul of Miami shares their Wynwood Art Walk Photos.

Go Hydrology! has the chart.
G- Tibor Hollo is looking toward the heavens with his latest Brickell project...at Curbed Miami.
In an interview with Miami Today News (anybody have a link to this?) developer Tibor Hollo announced that 1101 Brickell, an 80 story residential tower east of Brickell Avenue, would resume planning and begin construction before the end of the year.H- Lotsa artist opportunities at Arterpillar.
I- Florida Keys Girl wasn't bowled over by Tap 42 in Lauderdale.
I will put it this way: the mushroom burger sounds really good, as does the fish and chips, but (a) you must be drinking beer there as their wine list is an embarrassment and (b) I would go if other people were going and insisted. I wouldn’t necessarily put it on my “must-go” list, but nor is it on the “never-again” list.J- Irving Younger’s Ten Commandments of Cross-Examination as presented by Roy Black.
K- Republicans chastising Republicans is always entertaining and Bark Bark Woof Woof seems to agree.
