I don't see anything wrong with what he says, with the exception of voting for Romney. All those people he mentioned don't even like to constitution. Ruth Bader Ginsburg is on record for stating that she doesn't even think the US constitution is even worth copying, but she likes some UN charter or something like that. But, to be honest, Bush and his handlers weren't much better. There really is not an iota of difference between Bush or Obama anyhow. Both bailed out their rich cronies, Both expanded Gunvernment health care, both continue these racist wars against brown people.... But at least Bush had a valid birth certificate. (jk)
I think we have to go all the way back to Grover Cleveland to find a president that actually respected the constitution and didn't try to take more power to control others. For me, it's Ron Paul, or none at all. He's actually stealing delegates from Romney, and is implementing a delegate strategy similar to the way Barry did to steal the nomination from Hillary, so I want to see how this plays out.
