Your Morning Sift

Good morning.

It's Friday, readers. I have lots of posts planned for you today so make sure you check back regularly...and don't miss the SFDB Weekend Widget in the right sidebar. Let's get rolling with your morning Sift.

A- Bark Bark Woof Woof looks into the future of presidential politics but includes this observation about the present Republicans...
In their perfect world of straight white Christians, where men are men and women make meatloaf and babies, the idea that someone like Barack Obama could become president is just as scary to them as the idea of a theocratic gay-sex-obsessed evolution-denying know-nothing is to liberals. The fact that after three years in office Barack Obama still hasn't taken away all the guns, let Jeremiah Wright move into the Lincoln Bedroom, performed same-sex weddings in the Rose Garden with Lady Gaga singing at the reception, and invited Bashir Assad of Syria to have a beer is not relevant; it's only a matter of time, especially if he gets a second term.
B- Beached Miami has a guest post explaining why food trucks won't be at Art Walk tomorrow night.

C- The Street posts close to 20 new photos.

D- Contrary to what Fox News is saying today, Man or Maniac? offers up proof that the President is powerless to control gas prices...as explained by Fox News 4 years ago.

E- South Florida Guy explains why he likes the Florida Renaissance Festival so much.
When asked what my attraction is to this event, my quick and easy answer is the people.
F- Eye on Miami posts the ratings of some local banks.
