Amazingly, no one got this one making it the 4th Stumper.
It's Gelateria 4D, which I think is the 3 iteration for a gelateria at that location. As commenters correctly stated, it used to be Gelateria Parmalat [hence, the logo] and La Gelateria, but today it is Gelateria 4D.

Okay, admittedly, the only places on Lincoln I've been to in the past couple of years are the movie theater and Shake Shack, but that was definitely the logo for the gelateria at one time. Are you gonna tell us or keep us in suspense??

No doubt that is the Gelateria Parmalat logo...no doubt.
But the name of this game isn't "Name That Logo."
