The Herald Drops Video Link Coding? [UPDATED]

Last week I thought that the Miami Herald had merely forgotten to include embed and linkage info on a couple videos that I was considering posting to SFDB. But now it appears as though that coding on all their videos has been suspended indefinitely.

Thinking out loud here, I'm wondering if they tired of bloggers posting the videos or perhaps they didn't want the Huffington Post using any of them. For whatever reason, it's just one more sign that content sharing is a one way street with the Herald.

They'll take just fine, but don't expect them to give nada.

So it looks like it may be a problem with my Firefox. I tried IE, which I never use, and I can see them. I go back to Firefox and they're gone. But Bill reports that it works fine for him in Firefox, go figure...feel free to weigh in with your experience.

Better check your "facts." I just went to the Herald site and the embed and linkage info shows up just fine.

Yeah, still not showing up for me, Bill, even when I switch computers. But when I switch to IE they do show up. Interesting.

I'm using Firefox. Must be a glitch.

Try clearing your cache in FireFox, Rick. Tools-Options-Advanced-Network.
