It's actually not a 'black' thing. It's a Southern thing. Now I know some may say it's very similar, but every good southerner I know has mac n cheese on the Thanksgiving table.
Mind you, it's not that blue box crap. It's good quality cheese, baked casserole style, with yummy crunchy breadcrumb topping. mmm,mmmm,mmm.
