Man, what a gyp! Those people didn't get slingshot at all; They just bungied horizontally. I guess the release mechanism must be broken.
When I build a human slingshot, you can bet that someone's going to go splat about a 1/4 mile or so down range.
Hmm, I have an idea for Jersey Shore producers...
All wearing their safety headgear and their capes.
