It's a Jeep Wagoneer, which is considered to be the first SUV, coming out in this body style in 1962 and basically staying the same throughout its 30-year run. Judging by the taillights, it's a mid-to-late '80's model.
I had the 1974 version with a huge V-8, Quadra-Trac 4-wheel drive, automatic transmission, and factory air hung on below the dashboard. It got about 14 mpg, the body rusted easily (especially in the tailgate), but I put over 100,000 miles on it between 1979 and 1984 in Michigan, Indian, California, and Colorado.
The car is a perfect match for the house: square and slightly hip.
