SFDB selects its Post of the Week by going back and reviewing all the Sifts that we've done over the past 7 days. We find the best post of the week and note the runners ups as we judge them to be.
I'm really happy with the mix of posts that this week's Post of the Week brings to SFDB. See if you agree.
Runners-Up: Liam Crotty Photography did a fine job capturing the spirit of the ceremony that marked the final resting place of his father, Robert Thomas Crotty, at the family burial plot in New England. Restaurant Gal unleashed the 9/11 post that had been simmering inside for 10 years. A Mom, a Blog and the Life In-Between watches as her son of 6 years begins to pull away and puts her feelings into her post.
Winner: Miami Dish makes yet another appearance as the Post of the Week with their smartly-edited video and photos taken at the International Mango Festival at Fairchild Gardens this past July. Even if you're not a mango fan, Video Bite: Mangoes of Hawaii helps you appreciate the fruit that seems to be everywhere you turn during South Florida's summer season. The Hawaiian music playing softly in the back seals the deal for Miami Dish's selection as this week's SFDB Post of the Week.
'Til next time, keep on blogging!
