Actually, it isn't.
It's our Lieutenant Governor, Jennifer Carroll, making a political speech earlier this week. She delivered it in Orlando which is kind of smart because she would have been run off the stage had she tried that BS down here in South Florida.
It's hard to believe that our tax dollars are paying for this kind of thing.
