Anon is correct. Look at the contour of the land at the house on the corner and the sidewalk coping and the street that isn't there in the bottom pic.
Regardless, the whole thing is f'd up. I feel sorry for all of these people. I dontated to Alabama victims and now we've got this. The sad part is that the Alabama tornado got little attention because of the royal f**king wedding.
