Your Evening Sift

It's been a rather rough evening for me so we're just going to get right into your evening Sift. Have fun.

A- Ipanemic starts us off this Tuesday evening with a post that could be titled "When Bloggers/Photographers Collide."

B- Sex and the Beach shares a video that provides some tips on how to spot a social media douchebag.

C- Miami "psych rockers" Lil Daggers has unveiled their latest Miami-based music video over at Beached Miami.

The “King Corpse” vid dizzyingly follows a hooded convenient store thief through the backstreets of Miami while his dickhead boss chases him. I’d never run that much for vengeance or booze, but it’s nice to put the Daggers’ music to a particular crime.

D- Eater Miami is letting its readers pick the "best burger in the city" in a number of different categories which eventually leads to a Champion who then goes to the Nationals...or something.

E- Because Lord knows there aren't any decent places in downtown Miami to live for under a million dollars, go check out what $1.8 million gets you at the ICON Brickell at Miami City Diggs.

Two units were combined to create almost 4000 square feet of living space with views of the Miami River, The City and Bay Views. The units features high end appliances sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf kitchen appliances, Italian kitchen cabinetry and floor to ceiling windows.

G- Wow. South Florida Theater Review prepares to shut down.

Consequently, I’m very sorry to report that I will, unfortunately, be forced to shut down South Florida Theater Review next month unless significant advertising support appears.

I realize that this has been a difficult economic time for all arts groups, not least regional theaters, and everyone is struggling. But so are we.

H- South Florida Food and Wine enjoys her dinner at Brulé Bistro in Delray Beach.

Brulé is a few short blocks away from the hubbub of Atlantic Avenue and yet just a leisurely stroll to where all the action is. Brulé is where the locals go; not quite the "hidden" gem, more of the gem "everyone talks about" since it hit the Delray dining scene three plus years ago.
