Taking jabs at your neighbors isn't always the best way to welcome a newbie to the 'hood unless jabbed neighbor has a wicked sense of humor, of course. Such was not the case when the street team at Lime decided to hit Lincoln Road Saturday, handing out flyers offering free guacamole while calling out new Road-resident Rosa Mexicano's for being too pricey. What ensued was Rosa CEO Howard Greenstone allegedly having a hissy fit, lashing out at the street team and making it clear he was not amused.

J- South Florida Food and Wine takes us inside the Grand Tasting Trade Day at this past weekend's food and wine festival. Video is included.

The Grand Tasting Village is a big food and wine party on the beach. It's something everyone should do at least once, it's one of those experience things to say you've done it. Now given that some people just aren't into large gatherings doesn't mean that the South Beach Wine & Food Festival isn't for them, there is a host of wine seminars, panel discussions and food and wine roundtables that just might be more their style. The Festival really does have something for everyone, if you're into food and wine.
