SFDB Question Of The Day

I'm not sure why I was thinking of this today, but a classic Porsche 911 has always been my dream car. Doesn't have to be the Turbo. Just the regular classic model will do. What about you...
What is your "dream car?"

Take a wild guess.

(A candy-apple red '66 Mustang GT convertible with white leather interior and a white top.)

Old Jeep Wrangler, doors and hard top off, and a dirt road leading up through Rocky Mountains just west of Ft. Collins, Colorado.....

I am going to let my geek/nerd flag fly and say an Aptera. I want one so hard. The lines, the engineering, the attention to detail in the drag coefficient, recycled material, etc, etc.

WANT.

Bentley Continental Supersport.

@ChadC -- I'll meet you there. We'll go up to Glen Haven and from there I know a great trail up behind Dunraven and Dickinson.

1955 Porsche 550 Spyder.

But for real REM-type dreaming, it's an Aston DB5 (complete with ejection seat and martini bar). Duh.

One that starts every time, gets great gas mileage, and seats me comfortably. Still looking, but so far Toyota has the inside track.

I'm no fun at all.

2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi...so evil looking.

Edwin: I looked at the Aptera.....
hmmm. What do I say?

I am more inclined to agree with Mustang Bobby's blast from the past choice or the Porsche or my Bentley...yours well, that is another story.

Same here, Porsche 911. Any year except the abomination 996s from 98 to 05 (the Boxter headlights). I like the widebody so either a Turbo or a Carrera 4. A early 90s 964 would be fantastic.

Or the Aston DB7.

Or the Acura NSX. All you need in a supercar, none of the headaches.

Or, because I need four doors, an E39 BMW M5. Sleek and fast, without the ugly bulk of the current one.

On the realistic side, either a 89-96 Jag XJS convertible or a Honda S2000.

Heheh. Alex has a dream car lot.

I can't have a dream car in Miami.
Some jackass would just open their door into the side of it.

And I forgot the E-type, and the Alfa 8C Competizione, and the Volvo p1800, and the Bentley Mulsanne... it goes on and on.
