Yes, because they ALSO have gluten-free snacks. Those two elements will overcome their mediocre coffee for me. Although, the superior coffee, closer location, and unpretentious clientele will still lure me to Urban on a regular basis.
I visit Starbucks daily for a latte in the morning and often with the kids in the afternoon since they love the frappuccino. The free WiFi is a nice perk but I go for the coffee.

No, not really. It's an additional value, but not intrinsically enough to sway me to patronize them over another business.
