From Naked Politics...Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck of FOX News are bringing their "Bold & Fresh Tour'' to Tampa on Friday, and volunteers from Marco Rubio's campaign for U.S. Senate will be ready and waiting.
According to a campaign e-mail, volunteers will be "spreading Marco's message in the parking lot at next Friday's Glenn Beck/Bill O'Reilly two shows in Tampa at the USF Sundome. With both shows sold out (15,000+ capacity), that's 30,000 like-minded Marco-friendly audience members we can reach...Friday will be a lot of fun, and Marco's campaign is 100% supporting this outreach project."
The Rubio campaign believes that Rubio and Glenn Beck supporters are "like-minded?"
Wow. Now there's a thought all Florida independents and judicious Republicans should weigh very, very carefully.

Volunteers will be spreading Rubio's what in the parking lot? Will they need shovels and Hazmat suits for that?
I wonder if Rubio has considered posing nude for a magazine somewhere. It seems to energize the base far better than a genuine stance on a substantive issue. We can only thank the gods of taste that Ben Gleck hasn't tired it. Or (oog) Rush Limbo.
I know it's fair to judge someone by the company he keeps. Kept. Seems to keep. Whatever.
You and I may disagree with some of his views, but I'm telling you, he ain't no crazy. He's as smart as they come. And he makes sense all the time. Whether you agree with him or not.
But to my point... I would be very surprised to find any legitimate underdog candidacy reluctant to acknowlege a source of legal financial support and/or votes. Maybe back in the days when Hillary was the de facto nominee for the party, and BO was 20+ points behind? Never? Ever? I have no idea.
Can't you just be cynical about it and call it pandering? That would simply make him the same as any other politician...
People in glass houses shouldn't ride high horses.
PS- Q-poll has him +3...
I continue to be exhilarated by the Rubio runaway train. Another ineffective Florida senator, but this time a junior one! Joy, oh joy. At least this time we are not wasting a good candidate on him.
I agree with Nonee: he's not crazy. And because he's not crazy, he'll sell teabaggers down the river as soon as he gets the nomination.
I'm sorry to beat a dead horse, but in order to be a successful politician one must be a crook. Someone, somewhere, point out a decent honest politician from any party!

It amazes one to realize the extent to which this silly country is susceptible to such blatant propaganda as spewed forth on a Daily basis by FOX Noise.
These are the days of America’s ultimate doom. When a clueless thought Nazi like Glenn Beck is able to hijack America political conversation, it only proves beyond a wisp of a doubt that America has swallowed the fatal capsule of its own demise.
Seriously, did you ever, in your weirdest, stupidest fantasies think your country would fall as low as it has? It kinda makes you wonder.

I was familiar with Marco Rubio a few years back and was interested in him as a legislator, but in the past year, I have now witnessed that he is nothing more then an opportunist, who is using the tea party to his advantage. While he had worked on behalf of his constituents when he was an unknown to the rest of the States, now that he has caught the eye of Fox News and the propaganda patrol, he has given up any shred of dignity he had.
His pandering to the extreme right only shows his distaste for the majority of Floridians and if he were to be elected, Floridians will lose an important voice in the Senate. Rubio will just be another GOP drone. Conservatives may not have liked Crist because he was more populist and supported a variety of measures from both sides, but at least more people were satisfied. With a Rubio win, I expect the only ones who would be happy are the bible clutching paranoid delusional tea party adherents...
