This morning is a great demonstration of what can happen on the Sift when you post something siftable on a Friday or Saturday night: you get a post virtually to yourself.
A- Miamism posts their regular monthly real estate report for selected neighborhoods around Miami-Dade County.
What we are seeing now is movement in the homes that have been listed for a long time – as if the overpriced home owners are finally realizing that they have to accept lower offers. This is not always the case though, newer listings priced competitively from the start are also moving quickly – this may mean that time on the market may start stabilizing as well.
B- 26th Parallel continues to try to make the case that the recent disruptions of town hall meetings are just like what Democrats participated in during the Bush Administration.
Since I have some time and space here, let's compare...
