Combine my mom's birthday celebration with a family reunion of the kids and friends in Ohio. We'll all go to the Memorial Day parade in downtown Perrysburg, which is right out of Norman Rockwell, and maybe catch a Mud Hens game if they're in town.
We're having a big family dinner Sunday night. In typical WASP fashion, everything will be fine until someone says, "Well, what's that supposed to mean?" and then it will all be over.
Ford Fiesta is scheduled to do its first official mission. Not sure if we're going to go for the trenches (hang out in SoBe) or wrestle some gators. Whatever is safer?
i know i had plans here somewhere but i forgot them. What exactly are we supposed to remember on memorial day? Oh yeah, better a live coward than a dead hero, just ask my widowed mom, or better give $ to Cindy Sheehan to help the GWOT inner-city cannon fodder.
Whatever happened to Decoration Day, sounded a bit too HGTV?
Seriously I will do what i do 24/7/365... between good time and bad times, there's no time to work.
Okay, since Fridays are substantially slower around SFDB and considering this is a holiday weekend, I thought I better get this QotD out here today.
