A slow summer day in the SoFla blogosphere and not much out there to mention. Here's your evening Sift.
A- Shorter 26th Parallel:
Democrats are anti-capitalists because they don't want offshore drilling near Florida.
B- Random Pixels writes the Miami Herald about their weekend proofreading.
C- Babalu's Cigar Mike returns from, what sounds like, a relaxing week-long vacation in Orlando and immediately launches into his routine liberal bashing saying, "They then use faulty logic against you and resort to name calling."
In this same post, Cigar Mike refers to Democrats as "narrow minded short sighted," "hard headed," "the rabid left," "the Barack-a-maniacs," and says "[y]ou get a more intelligent response arguing with Homer Simpson."
But no name calling because he is above that, you see.
Doh!

C: I too got a good chuckle out of how quickly Cigar Mike disproved his own point. Either clueless or "ad homonym" is such a second nature to him, he doesn't even realize when he's doing it.
Reading that blog is like watching one big SNL skit, except they're really trying to be serious.
