SFDB Post of the Week

SFDB selects its Post of the Week by going back and reviewing all the Sifts that we've done during the past 7 days. We find the best post of the week and note the runners ups as we judge them to be.

This week has been real, real tough to pick just one post, folks. I'm looking at the 5 posts that I've worked down to and it really is a difficult decision. Well, here we go...

Winner: Hidden City doesn't post very often but when he does, you know it's going to be a good story written with magnificent pacing and prose. Directions is such a post that brings with it a heart-warming message of hope, as well. And because of that, Directions is this week's SFDB Post of the Week.

Runners Ups:Miami & Beyond's They Want Your Votes But Not Your Minds is a wake-up call to Cuban-American voters that is spot on. Sex And The Beach's reflections on moving, posted in Traveling Light, made me think that maybe I've been in one place too long. And Daily Cocaine wrote a memorable tribute to the Rascal House with The Last Jew In Miami.
