C- Also in real estate, Miamism shows us some sales data from the northeast Miami-Dade neighborhoods for the month of January.

D- Restaurant Gal is vacationing in Colorado and makes note of a "community table" in a restaurant there, wondering whether a similar concept would work in SoFla.

E- Coconut Grove Grapevine is the first SoFla blogger to post photos from the Coconut Grove and St. Stephens Art Festivals.

F- Ipanemic is seriously shooting photos...tons of photos.

G- Pictures of the Coral Gables Farmer's Market...and some other things from Fruitarian Girl Suvine.

H- Downtownmiami.com is live, according to Miami-Forum.

I- Chili's is coming to Coral Gables and Coral Gables (the blog) has mixed feelings.

J- Some excellent stuff from FTL Today. First, they review the Muvico Palace Theater in Boca Raton and deem it the best movie house in Broward and Palm Beach County...make sure you check out the VIP perks. And then they pay $38 for a pizza and bread sticks that takes 45 minutes to prepare at a Pizza Fusion and only think it's so-so. Yikes.

I personally think it's kind of over-priced.
